I have completed a four-year training course in naturopathy and I have specialized in phytotherapy at the University of Siena. In 2004, I had the privilege of meeting Costanza Giunti, an esteemed Italian herbalist, who granted me the opportunity to study and work in her herbal laboratory in Pitigliano, in Tuscany.

Training and working in this unique naturalistic context (an area where over 80% of the medicinal plants in the Mediterranean basin grow spontaneously) allowed me not only to study the properties of medicinal plants scientifically, but also to deepen my knowledge through direct contact "in the field", which I still consider differentiating today.

I obtained a First Level Master's Degree in Medical Humanities with the highest grades at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. I am a member of the Italian Society of Narrative Medicine (SIMeN) and the Italian Society of Phytotherapy (SIFit). I have also pursued a counseling training program with a psychosynthesis approach, which I completed in 2007, obtaining the title of professional counselor. 

I love literature and music. I completed my academic training as a cellist at the Conservatory of Florence and I believe in the value of reading and writing as a tool for self-knowledge and self-care. Part of this path is my degree in foreign languages and literature (University of Florence, degree with honors).
